Moore Township will be having a toy bingo and Chinese auction Nov. 27 at Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive. Doors open 11:30 a.m., and bingo starts 1 p.m.

The kitchen will be open. The event is BYOB for beer or wine.

Proceeds benefit Community Days.

The leaf collection program will continue for the next eight weeks, depending on conditions.

There is no guarantee of a specific pickup day for residents. There will be multiple trips through neighborhoods for the duration of the collection program. The schedule is subject to inclement weather.

Keep leaf piles off the roadways and free of sticks and other foreign materials.

Moore Township residents are also welcome to bring leaves and brush to the recycling area on the east side of the public works building, 2491 Community Drive, 7 a.m.-3 p.m. Mondays through Fridays and Saturdays during daylight hours.

Klecknersville Rangers Volunteer Fire Company, 2718 Mountain View Drive, is offering its Santa Run Dec. 17, beginning 9 a.m.

Gifts must be outside of the residence in a hidden area to be retrieved before arrival. Santa will not be entering any residences, but pictures can be taken outside.

There is a fee donation per household. Deadline to sign up is Dec. 14.

Christ United Church of Christ, Little Moore, 913 S. Mink Road, is having a holiday vendor and crafter day 9 a.m.-2 p.m. Dec. 3.

The kitchen will be open for breakfast and lunch.
