Sheckler teachers visit their students

In the spirit of the holiday season, Sheckler Elementary School online teachers wanted to treat their virtual students to a little surprise.

According to Sheckler Elementary Principal Eric Dauberman, some of the teachers decorated the school minivan and drove books and gifts around town for the students Dec. 21 and 22, 2020.

“It was unique because these kids have not really seen or met these teachers in person until this week,” Dauberman said.

He noted it was a special day not only for the students, but for the teachers as well.
