A 33-year-old motorist, of Mertztown, was charged Oct. 4 with allegedly driving under the influence and violation of driving on roadways laned for traffic, according to Emmaus police.

A 68-year-old motorist, of Allentown, was charged Sept. 29 with allegedly driving under the influence and violation of obedience to traffic control devices, stop signs and signals and turning movements and required signals, according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

A 40-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Oct. 19 with alleged retail theft, according to Emmaus police.

An 18-year-old person, of Macungie, was charged Oct. 13 with alleged retail theft, according to Emmaus police.

Tobacco products in school prohibited

A 15-year-old person, of Macungie, was charged Oct. 7 with alleged violation of use of tobacco products in school prohibited (school building), according to Emmaus police.

Fleeing or attempting to elude police
