Christmas City, USA, is getting ready to shine even brighter this holiday season! The Bethlehem Chamber of Commerce and Downtown Bethlehem Association are excited to announce new holiday lighting, festive enhancements, and the return of beloved traditions throughout Historic Downtown Bethlehem.

This year, the historic Sun Inn Courtyard will be transformed into a winter wonderland, featuring new illuminated decorations throughout the trees, festive greenery adorning the Christmas City Village huts, and an illuminated Christmas present on the patio that is perfect for holiday photos. Visitors are encouraged to share their memories using #ChristmasCityUSA.

The holiday magic will extend throughout downtown, where illuminated Bethlehem Stars will adorn the new lampposts installed last year by the Bethlehem Parking Authority. Made possible through a Northampton County Hotel Tax Grant and the support of the Bethlehem Parking Authority, these glowing stars will add even more warmth and holiday charm to the historic streets.

“Christmas in Bethlehem is truly something special, and this year we’re making it even more magical,” said Ty Versocki, Assistant Vice President of Bethlehem Initiatives for the Greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce. “Thanks to the generosity of our local businesses and community partners, we’re creating even more reasons for families and visitors to experience our downtown, support our merchants, and make lasting holiday memories.”

Christmas City Village - Explore charming wooden huts filled with unique holiday gifts and seasonal treasures while enjoying the village’s new ambience and magical evening lighting.

Santa’s Haus - Visit Santa and bring your own phone or camera for photos. Four-legged friends are welcome, too!

Holiday Cocktail Trails - Choose the Red or Green Trail on Nov. 14 or the Silver or Gold Trail on November 21.

• Guests must be 21 or older

Holiday Window Decorating Competition - Stroll through downtown, admire the festive storefront displays, and vote for your favorite. The winner will be announced on Visit Historic Bethlehem’s social media pages.
