Elizabeth Mary Wolfer, 46, of Bethlehem Township, died unexpectedly June 3, 2026, at her home.

She was the beloved daughter of John and Christine (Bakes) Wolfer of Whitehall.

Liz was a 1997 graduate of Whitehall HS and graduated with a degree in chemistry from DeSales University and went on to build a career as an R&D scientist.

Elizabeth’s love of music was one of her greatest joys. Her beautiful singing voice earned her a scholarship and led to the honor of performing at Carnegie Hall.

Liz was also her parents’ devoted chauffeur, affectionately serving as their “Driving Miss Daisy.”

In addition to her parents, she is survived by her brother John (Carolyn); a sister, Stephanie Todd; and her nieces and nephews, Christopher, Gracie, Claire, Johnny, Ruthie, Mikey, Rocco and Vivian.

Her Mass of Christian Burial will be celebrated by Rev. Fr. Joseph J. Kweder of Thursday, June 11, 2026, at 10 a.m. in Saint Elizabeth of Hungary Catholic Church, 618 Fullerton Ave., Whitehall, Pa., 18052, where her viewing will begin at 9 a.m.

The church is located 1 block south of the Fullerton Avenue exit of Route 22.

Interment will follow in Our Lady of Hungary Catholic Cemetery, Northampton.
