Constance E. Glagola English teacher; realtor

Constance “Connie” E. Glagola, 85, of Bethlehem, died February 16, 2024, in Country Meadows, Allentown. Born in Bethlehem, she was a daughter of the late Michael A. and Theresa (Horvath) Glagola.

She was a graduate of the former Fountain Hill High School.

She earned a bachelor’s degree from Moravian University and a master’s degree from Lehigh University.

She was an English teacher at Nitschmann Junior High School and then at East Hills Middle School. During the late 1970s, she became a licensed realtor. She was the broker/owner of Realty World – Benchmark, Bethlehem, for more than forty years.

She was a member of St. Anne’s Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

She was a member of the American Business and Professional Women, Bethlehem Business and Professional Women, and was a past president of the Quota Club of Bethlehem. She was a member of the City of Bethlehem Historical Architectural Review Board. In her younger years, she enjoyed skiing and horseback riding.

She is survived by many cousins.
