Bethlehem Emergency Sheltering is partnering with the Bethlehem Area Public Library to provide information for people who are experiencing homelessness, risk of homelessness, or who need resources. Computer savvy volunteers will input guest info into a software database and search for appropriate resources any weekday, 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. and relay information in written form and verbally. They need help 9:30 to 11 a.m. to organize and monitor the food when the community begins to take the items, a watcher for the quantities being taken, sign-up list, and break down boxes. Do you love learning and teaching about history? The Moravian Historical Society in Nazareth invites you to serve as a museum tour guide. Provide a welcoming atmosphere and serve as ambassadors for the organization, as well as interpreting the museum’s exhibits, helping to give visitors a deeper understanding and appreciation of the history of the Moravians. Pleasure of Your Company Therapy Dog (POYC) teams will attend the monthly ShopRite employee wellness program at the Bethlehem store from 1 - 2 p.m. on the last Friday of the month.
