Lower Macungie Township holds Community Day

Over 3,000 visitors attended the Lower Macungie Township Community Day May 2 at the community center, 3400 Brookside Road. The event included activities for adults and children including face painting, outdoor activities, a visit from Mickey and Minnie Mouse, food trucks and musical entertainment. In the main gym of the community center, visitors could learn more about township organizations. Lower Macungie Township Historical Society Vice President Ann Bartholomew, Susan Keller and President Sarajane Williams talk with residents about township history. Additional photos appear on Page A2.
