Leibenguth earns dean’s honor roll

Logan Leibenguth, of Coplay, was named to the dean’s honor roll, which is reserved for students who earn a semester GPA of 3.5-3.74, at University of Mississippi. Leibenguth is majoring in general business. In order to be eligible for honor roll designation, a student must have completed at least 12 graded hours for the semester and may not be on academic probation during the semester.

Lebanon Valley College

Kroboth graduates

Jessica Kroboth, of Whitehall and a graduate of Whitehall High School, is one of nearly 440 Lebanon Valley College students in the Class of 2022 undergraduate and graduate programs who celebrated their educational and personal accomplishments during the College’s 153rd commencement. Kroboth received a Bachelor of Science in exercise science, with summa cum laude honors. Kroboth is continuing at LVC to pursue a Doctor of Physical Therapy in physical therapy.

Lebanon Valley College offers more than 50 undergraduate majors and graduate degrees in accounting/MBA (3+1), applied kinesiology, athletic training, business administration, clinical exercise physiology, clinical mental health counseling, education, intelligence and security studies, music education, speech-language pathology, sport performance, STEM education and numerous graduate certificates.

The college employs 122 full-time faculty members. Of the permanent faculty, 83% have a Ph.D. or equivalent terminal degree. The student-faculty ratio is 12:1, with an average class size of 20. These numbers reflect the college’s commitment to student-centered curricula, individualized attention and immersive learning experiences.

Southern New Hampshire University

McIlhaney named to dean’s list

Tabitha McIlhaney, of Catasauqua, has been named to Southern New Hampshire University’s winter 2022 dean’s list.

Full-time undergraduate students who have earned a minimum GPA of 3.5 to 3.699 are named to the dean’s list. Full-time status is achieved by earning 12 credits. Undergraduate day students must earn 12 credits in the fall or spring semester, and online students must earn 12 credits over two consecutive terms (EW1 & EW2, EW3 & EW4, or EW5 & EW6).

Students graduate

More than 700 bachelor’s, master’s and doctoral degrees were presented at Wilkes University’s 75th spring commencement ceremonies, held May 21 in the McHale Athletic Center in the Simms Center on Main in Wilkes-Barre.
