East Allen Township Parks & Recreation is running a bus trip to Gettysburg Sept. 11.

The trip includes bus accommodations, a two-hour battlefield tour, visit to Gettysburg Museum & Cyclorama, dinner at Hickory Bridge Farm and a visit to Hollabaugh Bros. Farmers Market.

East Allen Township is starting a farmers market in May at Bicentennial Park West, 5351 Park West Lane. It is expected to run 3-7 p.m. Wednesdays.

Registrations are now being accepted for East Allen Township’s summer camp. The camp, for youths ages 6 to 14, is scheduled for 9 a.m.-1 p.m. June 21-Aug. 6 at Bicentennial Park.

East Allen Township Fire Department, 5354 Nor Bath Blvd., is holding a raffle noon-4 p.m. May 16.

The drawing will take place 4:30 p.m. If not present, prizes can be picked up May 17 at the station.
