Steel City Plant open on Main Street

A new joint business venture on Bethlehem’s Main Street has paired Domaci Market and Domaci Studio with Angie DelGrosso’s new start-up Steel City Plant Company and their Domaci Flea vintage merchandise. DelGrosso, who spends her day job as senior vice president of Bethlehem Initiatives for the greater Lehigh Valley Chamber of Commerce, says she “wanted to own my own business. I really have a love of plants and this makes them more accessible in an urban area.” She has also made it a family affair, as her dad John provides the muscle to move inventory and her mom Stephanie handles the potting and plant maintenance. Domaci Flea and the Steel City Plant company opened in their 551 Main St. second floor suite 205 the first weekend of March, and DelGrosso said lines were long. Plants and planting accessories are available along with the vintage and antique offerings at Domaci Flea. Visit steelcityplantco.com for additional information.
