DEAN’s Lists

Bob Jones University

Megan Trauch, a sophomore communication disorders major from Bethlehem, was named to the Bob Jones University fall 2020 dean’s list. She was recognized for earning a 3.00-3.74 grade point average during the semester.

Bucknell University

Six Bethlehem area residents have been named to the Bucknell University dean’s list for outstanding academic achievement during the fall semester of the 2020-21 academic year. The students, who earned a grade point average of 3.5 or higher on a scale of 4.0, are Cole Gilotti, Robbie James, Madeleine Atwood, Ryan Bailis, Adam Boyer and Drew Thomas.

Clarion University of Pennsylvania

Four Bethlehem area residents earned at least a 3.5 GPA and were named to the Clarion University of Pennsylvania dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. The students are Morgan Bokan, Colleen Healey, Natalie Lacoe and Nathan Petke.

DeSales University

Several area residents were named to DeSales University’s Fall 2020 dean’s list:. Students from the Bethlehem area are Katelyn Fryzol, Cailee Murphy, Kelly Predmore, Bridget Broskey, Catherine Miller, Taylor Rezac, Cole Bower, Francis Altmire, Magdalene Larrabee, Nicole Somers, Maryann Wickemeyer, Shea Elliott, Erin Jackson, Kayla Kearns, Andrew Wieder, Morgan Dillman, Maria Germanetti, Evan Ritter, Jared Franges, Abigail Kuhne, Kassandra Nunes, Hasanna Birdsong, Carmen Azar, Kelse Weston, Nathaniel Estock, Amelia Grube, Theresa Stawicki, Christie Ring, Daniel Deluca, Lorenzo Alderiso, David Ring, Jamie Dickey, Cheyenne Johnson and Bradley McAllister; and from Freemansburg: Anna Dlabik. To qualify for the honor, a student must have a minimum 3.50 GPA on no fewer than 12 credit hours.

Misericordia University

Five local residents were included on Misericordia University’s fall 2020 semester dean’s list with a 3.55 grade point average or higher. They are, from Bethlehem: Rachel Bartholomew, Patrick Mattes, Haley McMenimen and Quintessa Zamolyi; and from Hellertown: Shannon Williams.

Muhlenberg College

Muhlenberg College student-athlete Caleya Tereska, of Bethlehem, was named to the Centennial Conference Academic Honor Roll for the fall 2020 season. To be included, a student-athlete must be a sophomore or higher in class standing and carry at least a 3.40 cumulative grade-point average.

Several Bethlehem area residents who are in the Muhlenberg College and Muhlenberg College School of Continuing Studies were named to the dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. The students, who had a term GPA of 3.50 or higher to be included, are Katherine Conlon, Luz Cruz, Jessica Deemer, Kensy Dubon, Kassamali Gangji, Mark Horvath, Jacob Lader, Emily LaRiviere, Heather Lindaman, Gabrielle McCabe, Jaleal McGill, Nancy Ruiz, Rachelle St.Pierre, Nicholas Stannard, Chen Sun, Riley Sweitzer, Caleb Tereska, Isabella Trauge, Vanesa Valencia and Morgana Wallace, all of the Bethlehem area; and Abanoub Marzouk of Freemansburg.

Ohio Weslyan

Chase Reinert, of Bethlehem, has been named to the 2020 fall semester dean’s list at Ohio Wesleyan University. To be included, a student that has earned a grade point average of 3.5 or better on a 4.0 scale in all applicable classes.

Slippery Rock University

Morgan Edwards, from Bethlehem, has been named to the Slippery Rock University dean’s list for the fall 2020 semester. To be included, one must be an undergraduate student who earned an adjusted semester grade-point average of 3.5 or higher, based on a schedule of at least 12 newly attempted and earned credits.

Lebanon Valley College

Several local residents attending Lebenon Valley College have been named to the 2020 fall semester dean’s list. Dean’s list students must maintain a GPA of at least 3.4 out of 4.0. The following students are all from Bethlehem: Lauren Bunke, a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic HS, is pursuing a bachelor of science in exercise science.

Jennifer Lopez of Bethlehem, a graduate of Bethlehem Catholic HS, is pursuing a bachelor of science and bachelor of arts in communication sciences and disorders and Spanish.

Justin Benton of Bethlehem, a graduate of Freedom HS, is pursuing a bachelor of science in exercise science.

Jaime Youngkin of Bethlehem, a graduate of Nazareth Area HS, is pursuing a bachelor of science in early childhood education and special education.

The University of Scranton

Several local residents attending the University of Scranton have been named to the 2020 fall semester dean’s list. A student must have a grade point average of 3.5 or better with a minimum number of credit hours during the semester to make the dean’s list. The following students are all from Bethlehem:
