Concealed firearm

Patrick Michael Devine, 27, of Reading, allegedly had a loaded firearm at a traffic stop at the intersection of Chestnut Street and Buckeye Road, Upper Milford Township, 9:23 a.m. Oct. 7, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Devine allegedly did not have a valid conceal carry permit.

Drug possession

Justus Allen Fritchman, 20, of Bethlehem, allegedly had a small amount of marijuana in a pocket when troopers conducted a traffic stop at the intersection of Grandview Drive and Woodmont Circle, Lower Macungie Township, 12:06 a.m. Aug. 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft from vehicle

Car batteries were removed from five vehicles parked at Mayken Jr. European Technology Auto Service LLC, 3851 Main Road East, Upper Milford Township, between midnight Sept. 2 and 11:30 a.m. Sept. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A Nike sweatshirt, valued at $50, Samsung earbuds, valued at $200 and a quarter are among items taken from five vehicles in the 900 block of Village Round, Lower Macungie Township, 3 a.m. Sept. 4, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. A center console in a vehicle also was damaged.

Forgery

Purchases of inexpensive items were made using counterfeit money at Hobby Lobby, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 6 p.m. Sept. 8, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Criminal mischief

Property valued at $150 was damaged at the New Wave Car Wash, 3156 Pennsylvania State Route 100, Lower Macungie Township, between midnight Sept. 3 and 11:36 a.m. Sept. 5, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. Restitution was made.

Four teens were seen lighting fireworks and throwing them into a portable toilet at Wild Cherry Park, Wild Cherry Lane and Lower Macungie Road, Lower Macungie Township, 4.21 p.m. Sept. 20. Assault

A 52-year-old female, of Macungie, allegedly chased and shoved a 14-year-old youth from her skateboard in the 2000 block of Pembrooke Drive, Lower Macungie Township, between 2:30 p.m. and 3:12 p.m. Aug. 22, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The 52-year-old female then allegedly struck the youth in the arm with the skateboard.

Retail theft

Todd Grant Wisser, 60, of Alburtis, allegedly removed more than $150 in merchandise, including snacks, cookies, milk, condiments, pet food, ice cream, steaks, laundry detergent, fruits and vegetables, from Walmart, 1091 Mill Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:51 p.m. Sept. 19, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Accident

A 39-year-old male driver, of Allentown, was hurt when his vehicle struck a PPL utility pole at the intersection of Brookside Road and Hamilton Boulevard, Lower Macungie Township, 7:47 a.m. Sept. 28, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The driver was making a left turn from Brookside Road when his vehicle went off the road in the 4900 block of Hamilton Boulevard. The driver was transported for treatment to Lehigh Valley Hospital, South Cedar Crest Boulevard, Salisbury Township. Macungie EMS and Getz’s Service Center also responded.

Theft of lost or mislaid property

A credit card was used at Target after a wallet containing credit cards and identification was believed to have been stolen from a shopping cart at Giant Food Stores, 7150 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, 1:14 p.m. Sept. 15, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

Theft

A check from Allentown Tables, 4550 Hamilton Blvd., Lower Macungie Township, was altered by an unknown person, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville. The name of the person to whom the check was written and the amount of the check were changed and a mobile deposit was made. Total loss was estimated at $5,000.

A resident reported $67 cash was removed from her room at Lehigh Center, 1718 Spring Creek Road, Lower Macungie Township, 5:37 p.m. Sept. 1, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A resident of the 3000 block of Aronimink Place, Lower Macungie Township, reported $4,297.45 in fraudulent charges to a credit card and PayPal account Aug. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.

A drill was removed from a residence in the 2000 block of Brook Circle, Lower Macungie Township, between 7 a.m. Sept. 9 and an undetermined time Sept. 16, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
