Special to The Press

Pennsylvania State Police Troop M, Bethlehem, sponsored a child safety seat check Sept. 22 at Back Home Bagel, 4041 Route 309, Schnecksville.

The event was held as part of National Child Passenger Safety Week, Sept. 20-26.

Anyone interested in confirming their children’s safety seats were properly installed could attend.

Troopers conducted the assessments to insure the children’s seats provided the best protection in the event of a collision.
