On behalf of North Catasauqua WE SING Community Chorus, Joe Keglovits, a member of the chorus and borough council, presented council at the July 1 meeting with a check for $300 to be put toward the purchase of a new defibrillator.

The chorus was established in 2009; has a mission to provide musical entertainment at local events, nursing homes, senior citizen centers, holiday gatherings and at an annual benefit concert; and donates items to Catasauqua Area Food Bank.
