Northampton swimmers had a tough task on Tuesday taking on the powerful Emmaus Hornets.
In the end, both the boys and girls fell to EHS. The boys lost 121-54 while the girls dropped a 129-52 contest.
For the boys, Kaden Chambers and Gavyn Frankenfield both picked up individual victories and both swimmers were part of three winning relay teams for the Kids.
Chambers won the 500 free with a time of 5:11.64 and Frankenfield took the 100 fly in 57.24. The 200 medley relay team, made up of Michael Bauer, Chamber, Frankenfield and Steton Weber, won the event in 1:48.96. The 200 free relay team of Frankenfield, Weber, Bauer and Chambers won with a time of 1:37.45. The 400 free relay team of Chambers, Weber, Frankenfield and Bauer took first with a time of 3:33.28.
Josh Millan was third in the 100 free and Bauer was third in the 50 free. Weber was third in the 200 IM.
For the girls, two NHS swimmers picked up victories. Rachel Pursell won the 100 fly in 1:05.24 and Brynn Delvecchio won the 100 back in 1:07.85.
Kelly Thoma was third in the 200 free, Pursell was second in the 200 IM, Delvecchio third in the 50 and Alexis Frey third in diving. Kaitlin Nemes was third in the 100 free and Morgan Fehnel was third in the 100 breast.
