Margaret Barrington, on retiring as an appointee to the Whitehall Township Industrial & Commercial Development Authority after 16 years, is presented a plaque and a bouquet of roses recently for her untiring service to the authority by WTICDA President Mark Molchany. Mrs, Barrington's late husband, Edward, preceded his wife on the authority. Combined, the Barringtons served over three decades with authority.
