Upper Macungie Township, in cooperation with Elementary EnerGym, will be sponsoring Parent’s Night Out on the first Friday of every month during the school year.
Elementary EnerGym, founded by Kyle Creyer, a fourth-grade teacher at Veterans Elementary School, is a 60 minute fitness program aimed at “building confidence, team building and fitness” for students in grades kindergarten through 5. The program is being held at the new Upper Macungie Township Community Lifestyle Center on Grange Road.
The first night had 14 children attending.
Parents also get to enjoy a Friday evening away as their children interact with each other and Creyer.
