MaryAlice Cassler, 71, of Whitehall, died Feb. 23, 2013, in the Inpatient Hospice Unit at Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

Born Dec. 22, 1941, in Allentown, she was the daughter of the late Philip O. and Marion (Snyder) Cassler.

She was a sales associate at Sam's Club, Allentown, since 1997.

Prior to that, she worked at the former Woolworth's, Whitehall, for 35 years.

She was a member of The Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua.

Her survivors include nieces Loretta A. James, Phyllis L. and Brenda M. Cassler, Danielle J. Vaughn; honorary grandchildren Jason K., Ian P. and Evan T. James.

She was predeceased by a brother, Philip I. Cassler and a nephew, Philip D. Cassler.

Her memorial service will take place 10:30 a.m. Feb. 28, at The Presbyterian Church of Catasauqua, 210 Pine St., Catasauqua, with the Rev. P. Douglas Cronce officiating.

The family will receive guests following the service at a luncheon reception in the church.
