JUNE 27

The theft of a vehicle in the 600 block of Kurtz Street was reported.

A parking complaint at Front and Mulberry streets was addressed.

In the 600 block of Lehigh Street, a reportable motor vehicle accident took place.

Police responded to a reported civil matter in the 100 block of Front Street.

In the 100 block of Front Street and the 500 block of Kurtz Street, officers were on the scene of reported disturbances.

At Second and Union streets, a report of a juvenile complaint was filed with the department.

JUNE 28

Police assisted citizens in the 100 block of Front Street, the 100 blocks of Second and Bridge streets, the 400 block of Race Street and at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

A security check was conducted at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St.

An alarm sounded in the 400 block of Walnut Street.

Suspicious activity in the 700 block of Second Street was reported.

Welfare checks were conducted at Whittier Place Apartments, 895 Walnut St., and the 900 block of Bridge Street.

A reported disturbance in the unit block of School Street had officers at the scene.

JUNE 29

At North 10th and Race streets, traffic enforcement was conducted.

Suspicious activity cases in the 600 block of Railroad Street and the 700 block of Front Street were reported.

A juvenile complaint was handled in the 300 block of Bridge Street.

JUNE 30

Security checks were conducted at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.; Sheckler Elementary School, 251 N. 14th St.; and in the 800 block of Race Street.

Traffic enforcement was conducted in the 400 block of Race Street and at Howertown Road and Walnut Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 200 block of Front Street.

JULY 1

Parking complaints were addressed in the unit, 100, 200, 300, 400, 500, 600 and 700 blocks of Second Street; the unit, 100, 200, 400, 500, 600 and 700 blocks of Front Street; the unit block of Union Street; the unit block of Cambridge Place; the 900 block of Walnut Street; the 700 block of Third Street; and the 800 block of Faith Drive.

A reported disturbance at St. John and Wood streets was investigated.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 300 block of Edward Lane.

Police conducted welfare checks in the 500 block of Front Street and at Catasauqua Apartments, 118 Bridge St.

Traffic enforcement was conducted in the 400 block of Second Street.

JULY 2

Security checks were conducted in the 600 block of Front Street, the 100 block of Bridge Street, the 300 block of Second Street and the 200 block of Canal Street.

Parking complaints were addressed in the unit block of Union Street, the 400 block of St. John Street, the 800 block of Peach Street and the 300 block of Mulberry Street.

Traffic enforcements occurred in the 200, 300 and 900 blocks of Race Street and at North Dauphin and North Irving streets, Hanover Township.

Police conducted welfare checks in the 200 block of Circle Drive and the 700 block of Race Street.

Officers assisted a citizen in the 100 block of Circle Drive.

Alarms sounded in the 800 blocks of Walnut and Front streets.

In the 200 block of Church Street, a reported disturbance had police at the scene.

JULY 3

Security checks were conducted in the 200 blocks of Bridge and Race streets, the 300 block of School Street and at Catasauqua Park and Playground, 501 American St.

Parking complaints were handled in the 200 block of Poplar Street, the 800 block of Faith Drive, the 200 block of Front Street, the union block of Union Street, the 700 block of Third Street, the 500 block of Fourth Street and the 400 block of Prospect Street.

A traffic complaint in the 200 block of Front Street was filed with the department.

Suspicious activity in the 700 block of Second Street was reported.

An alarm sounded at Catasauqua Middle School, 850 Pine St.

JULY 4

In the 100 block of Circle Drive, a noise complaint was addressed.

A reported hit and run was investigated on Wood Street.

An unwanted person in the 200 block of Wood Street was reported.

Officers responded to an animal complaint in the 500 block of St. John Street.

A report of a reckless driver at North 12th and Race streets was handled.

Police conducted a security check in the 500 block of American Street.

The department received fireworks complaints in the 400 block of Bath Avenue, the 600 block of Fifth Street, at Catasauqua Apartments at 118 Bridge St., in the 100 block of Front Street, at South 14th and Poplar streets, in the 700 block of Second Street, the 300 block of Church Street and at Canal and Mulberry streets.
