Jennifer Marie Manzo, of Bethlehem, Pennsylvania, died July 22, 2026 at St. Luke’s Hospice. Born in Queens, New York, she was the daughter of he late Charles Biondo and Marie (Milano) Biondo, and she was the wife of Joseph Manzo for 29 years.

She found joy in life’s simple pleasures. She had a special love for ice cream, never turned down the opportunity for a sweet treat, and was an avid cruiser, taking more than 30 cruises over the years as she embraced her passion for travel and adventure.

In addition to her husband, she is survived by; brothers: Frank Biondo and Charles Biondo.

In lieu of flowers, please celebrate Jen’s love of travel by taking a cruise, exploring somewhere new, and making wonderful memories with those you love.
