Hotel expands services for Musikfest

Musikfest guests visiting Hotel Bethlehem Platz should come hungry. The hotel’s chefs created a special menu just for the festival. It includes a lobster mac and cheeseburger available exclusively at the Hotel Bethlehem Platz tent. “People are going to line up for this,” said Executive Chef Rodney Rivera. “We have a fresh grilled burger heaped with house made lobster mac and cheese. It’s absolutely delicious and decadent.”

Historic Hotel Bethlehem Restaurant Manager Alyssa Carpiniello says save room for dessert. “We are going to have these super fun popcorn boats. They’re salty, sweet perfection with caramel sauce and candy piled on top of the cutest popcorn bowls.”

Other limited edition Musikfest Menu items include Coastal Carolina BBQ Chicken, Clambake, and Island Rubbed Salmon. If you’re looking for something lighter, a Watermelon Spinach Salad or Lemongrass Potstickers are great options. “Our food and beverage team has outdone themselves with this incredible creative and delicious menu. You’ll want to come several different nights so you can experience all of it,” said hotel General Manager Kelly Ronalds. You can see the complete Musikfest menus at hotelbethlehem.com/musikfest.
