The Lehigh County Coroner’s Office has released the identity of a man who died in a crash that occurred in Bethlehem. Coroner Daniel Buglio identified the victim as Christopher A. Pryer, 31, of Bethlehem.

He determined Pryer died from complications of blunt force injuries after being struck by a motor vehicle while he was a pedestrian. His death has been ruled accidental.

The incident occurred at approximately 4:10 a.m. July 9, in the 2400 block of Linden Street.

The Bethlehem Police Department Major Accident Reconstruction Team continues to investigate.
