Matches in the FIFA World Cup 26 are drawing thousands to SteelStacks as ArtsQuest and its many sponsors are presenting Soccerfest and Viewing Party for the 2026 World Cup matches. On July 1 thousands of area soccer fans attended to watch the USA men’s team defeat Bosnia-Herzegovina 2 to 0.
The enthusiastic crowd watched in three seating sections in front of three separate viewing screens reacting enthusiastically to Team USA’s high moments and low moments during the match. Red, white and blue gear was worn by many spectators with American flags being waved.
As a result of their win, USA soccer will meet Belgium in the round of 16 July 6.
