Even the best fall down sometimes. I somehow managed to pull a tendon in my lower arm. On the same side, and ingrown toenail managed to rub a blister in the toe beside it. It badly affected my balance. The good news is that everything is healing. I stumble and struggle but it’s better than falling two or three times a day.
The other good news? It’s almost summer! I have a three-week break coming up. I just need to get through the next couple weeks.
I am not sure yet what I will do during the break. Probably day trips. I’m a little sad the hockey season is almost over. The only thing that interests me about the Stanley Cup is seeing who prevails, Coach Brindamour, or Coach Torts.
The beach seems to be calling, though the price of fuel makes me want to stay within the Valley mostly.
My youngest is looking forward to Dorney with his Dad, and the pools in Bethlehem opening.
Hopefully there will be some rain-free days for all of that. It seems like we got May showers this year.
I got some tough news. My long-term sub certification is not renewable. I have a while until it expires and a little time to decide what to do next. Right now, I can’t decide. I guess I will devote some of my time off for making decisions.
