Beginning May 6, Whitehall High School students will celebrate spirit week during AP testing.

May 6: Meditation Monday - dress down in your most relaxing clothes.

May 7: Twinning Tuesday - twin with your favorite teacher.

May 8: School colors day - dress in your Zephyr gear or colors.

May 9: Jersey day - wear your favorite team.

May 10: Freaky Friday - teachers dress as a student and students dress like a teacher.

Gockley Elementary School’s family open house will be 5-7 p.m. May 9 for families to visit classrooms and see students’ work. PTO PLUS will also be selling Zephyr spirit wear.

Gockley Elementary will participate in the Four Diamonds Mini-THON, which helps to raise money to fight pediatric cancer. Students can donate a dollar in exchange for a coloring page; the completed colored pages will hang around the school. The class that raised the most money will be announced May 10.

The week of May 13, WHS Student Council representatives will share an ice cream treat and recess games for the winning class.

Juniors and seniors who purchased prom tickets can stop by E108 between 7:45-8 a.m., 11:35 a.m.-12:35 p.m. or 2:45-3 p.m. to pick up their prom tickets.
