PRES PHOTO COURTESY BASD After two dedicated terms of service on the Board of School Directors, Dr. Dean Donaher bids farewell to the Bethlehem Area School District. Dr. Donaher has served as a steadfast advocate for students, parents, and educators alike, and has demonstrated unwavering commitment and passion throughout his tenure. During his tenure on the board, he served as finance committee chair and on the audit committee. He also served as BASD representative on the Bethlehem Area Vocational-Technical School Board, the Northampton Community College Board, and the Bethlehem Employee Benefit Trust. Before becoming a board member, he served the district as a teacher, assistant principal, Liberty HS principal, director of special programs for athletics, and retiring as the director of student services.
