LV Summer League nears postseason

The Lehigh Valley Summer Basketball League is scheduled to wrap up its regular season schedule this week. The league playoffs are slated to be played Tuesday, July 18 through Thursday, July 20.

While some loose ends still need to be tied before playoff teams are determined in the Big School Division, the league’s Small School Division has its top four teams set for the postseason.

Bethlehem Christian earned the top seed in the division and will take on No. 4 Lehighton in the first round of the playoffs. Upper Perkiomen tied Salisbury for second place, but the Indians beat the Falcons in the regular season and earned the tiebreaker for the No. 2 seed. They will face the No. 3 Falcons in the first round.
