Salisbury High School Theatre presents ‘9 to 5 The Musical’

It’s almost time! Salisbury High School Theatre presents its spring musical “9 to 5 The Musical.” The show will take place in the SHS auditorium 7 p.m. March 16-18 and 2 p.m. March 19. Tickets may be purchased in advance at https://salisburysd.hometownticketing.com/embed/all or at the door. Cash, checks made payable to Salisbury Theatre or credit cards will be accepted at the door.

The SHS guidance office will hold a college information night 6:30 p.m. March 21. This is a good session to start to learn the ins and outs of what to expect if your child is looking to continue their education after high school.

The next curriculum and technology meeting will be held 7 p.m. March 22 in the administration building. The school board meeting will immediately follow this meeting.

March 24 is the next Salisbury Elementary School Falcon Proud day to wear those T-shirts. Show off that Falcon Pride.

SES will hold its annual bonnet parade beginning 9:30 a.m. March 29. There is a rain date of March 31. Look for more information to be sent home with your SES students.

The end of the third marking period is March 29 for students at the high school level. One more to go.

Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury, 1707 Church Road, Allentown, will hold its annual Sunday School Easter Egg Hunt 2 p.m. April 1. Participants, ages 0 through 13, should bring their own baskets.

Mark your calendars for bingo at Jerusalem Evangelical Lutheran Church of Eastern Salisbury, 1707 Church Road, Allentown, 1 p.m. April 15 in the social hall. Refreshments will be available for purchase. For more information or tickets, call Louise at 610-866-1611.

Visit the Allentown Public Library 2:30 p.m. March 21 when “You Bet Your Garden” with Mike McGrath, host and gardening guru, hosts an open to the public session with all of his gardening advice.

Entertaining and informative, McGrath is the enormously popular radio host of “You Bet Your Garden.” Learn how to grow tasty tomatoes and other yummy vegetables. Plus, get answers to all those garden questions you’ve been eager to ask a gardening expert.
