New Tripoli Bank donates $10,000 to education foundation

The New Tripoli Bank has announced a donation of $10,000 to the Parkland School District Education Foundation as part of an ongoing effort to support public education in the community.

These funds will be used for educational grant opportunities to students and educators in the district, funding academic projects that will offer enhanced and unique learning experiences for their students, according to the news release.

Programs supported by these funds include Project Lead the Way, the After School Science Enrichment Program, the district’s robotics and broadcasting programs, and the school’s Makerspace and media centers.

“It is important for organizations like New Tripoli Bank to ensure students in our community get adequate funding for their educational needs,” said John M. Hayes, CEO of New Tripoli Bank.

The bank is a proud supporter of education and this donation ensures local school districts can provide their students with modern technology and equipment, as well as opportunities that can help them prepare for future careers or higher education after graduation.
