Rosemarie T. Kovacs, 91, of Bethlehem, died Nov. 4, 2022, in the Moravian King’s Daughters Home, Bethlehem. Born in Fountain Hill, she was a daughter of the late Robert and Rose M. (Kniess) Philippi. She was the wife of the late Stephen R. Kovacs.

She was a 1949 graduate of Bethlehem Catholic HS.

She was an operator for Bethlehem Steel Corp. for several years. Later she was the parish secretary for Holy Ghost R.C. Church, Bethlehem, and then was the parish cook and housekeeper for many years until she retired.

She was parishioner of Holy Ghost Church and was active on many parish committees.

She is survived by a daughter, Terri Kovacs and a son, Michael Kovacs, both of Bethlehem; a daughter-in-law, Kathleen Kovacs of Harrisburg; and five grandchildren.

She was predeceased by a son, Mark Kovacs; and a brother, Robert Philippi.
