Nothstein said he was busy in the morning hours of the take back event; however, drop offs were sparse in the afternoon. Supported by the U.S. Drug Enforcement Agency, drug collection programs are held across the country in the spring and fall. DEA collects and incinerates the drugs in a safe manner.
