Elinore Ruth Carner, 87, of Schnecksville, formerly of East Hanover, N.J., died Sept. 18, 2021, in Lehigh Valley Hospital, Allentown.

She was the wife of the late David W. Carner.

Born July 3, 1934, in Cedar Grove, Essex County, N.J., she was the daughter of the late James R. and Ruth Frances (Oyler) Cully.

Her survivors include children Richard D. Carner of Brazil, Kathleen R. Rasmussen (Eric) of Roseland, N.J., Wendy J. Didra (Scott) of Upper Macungie Township, Michael A. Carner (Julie) of Arvada, Colo.; brothers Horace Cully of Cedar Knolls, N.J., Robert Cully of Wayne, N.J.; 11 grandchildren and nine great-grandchildren.

A private funeral service will be held Sept. 23 in Heintzelman Funeral Home Inc., 4906 Route 309, Schnecksville. There will be no public calling hours.
