PRESS PHOTO BY PAUL WILLISTEIN A swift-moving storm, at approximately 2 p.m. July 21, broke off this large tree limb, blocking S. 17th Street, Allentown. City police closed 17th Street between Elm and South streets. Public works crews used a winch to remove the tree limb from the roof of this car. There were no reported injuries. The street section was reopened around 5 p.m.
