The Upper Milford Township Board of Supervisors has resumed in-person meetings.

The group met 7 p.m. Feb. 4. Residents could also attend through Zoom due to any health concerns.

The board then approved several items under new business.

First, they approved France, Anderson & Basile’s 2020 financial audit engagement letter. The next item, Resolution 2021-021 addressed the recent snow emergency of Jan. 31 through Feb. 2. The last two items approved a mower purchase and advertisement of a 2003 Mack 10-wheeler.

Moving on to correspondence, the board addressed requests for special fire police from the Vera Cruz Community Association. Susan Mohr requested assistance for the following dates: 1 p.m. April 3, noon to 8 p.m. Aug. 15 and 7-9 p.m. Oct. 13. The board approved the requests.

Next, Robin Yoder, representing Boy Scouts of America Troop 31, sought use of the township parking lot 9 a.m. to 1 p.m. March 27 to hold a clothing and linen recycling drive. The board approved the request. More details will appear on the township website about the event soon.
