Maryam Beni-Mhammed, 22, of Allentown, allegedly was found to be driving under the influence of a controlled substance after a traffic stop along Interstate 78 West, Salisbury Township, 12:05 a.m. Dec. 1, 2020, according to Pennsylvania State Police Fogelsville.
