Salem United Methodist Church, 1067 Blue Mountain Drive, Danielsville, is hosting an all-you-can-eat pancake breakfast 8-10:30 a.m. Feb. 29.

Breakfast includes pancakes, a toppings bar, sausage, coffee, tea and juice.

Proceeds go toward the church community outreach committee’s community activities, including two veteran appreciation events.

Bethany Wesleyan Church, 675 Blue Mountain Drive, Cherryville, will host a marriage retreat, titled You’re Still the One, with John and Patty Bray, 2-8:30 p.m. March 7.

A dinner and game night will be included.

Hope Lutheran Church’s preschool is accepting registrations in the 3- and 4-year-old classes for the 2020-21 school year.

The program prepares children for kindergarten through language arts, music, crafts, gym, field trips and more.

Children need to have turned 3 years old by Sept. 1.
