Governor Wolf Historical Society, 6600 Jacksonville Road, East Allen Township, will host a New Year’s Eve party 8:30 p.m.-12:30 a.m. The band Pawnshop Bound will play, and there will be refreshments, including shrimp and mini-sandwiches, soft drinks, hats and noisemakers. Bring your own beverage.

There is a cost.

Attendance is limited to 60 guests.

In case of inclement weather, the party will be held Jan. 4, 2020.

A Mardi Gras and talent show will be held 4-8 p.m. Feb. 22, 2020, at Good Shepherd Lutheran Church, 1335 Old Carriage Road, Kreidersville.

A potluck dinner is planned for the event.
