The final event of the season hosted by North Catasauqua Recreation Committee will be a Brian Dean Moore Band concert 7-10 p.m. Sept. 7.
This will conclude the series of free concerts at North Catasauqua William J. Albert Memorial Park, 701 Grove St.

Mark your calendar for the 12th annual Best of North Catasauqua Autumnfest, presented by North Catasauqua Betterment Committee, set for 11 a.m.-5 p.m. Oct. 13, at the North Catasauqua park. While the event has been held on a Sunday in the past, this year’s Autumnfest is on a Saturday, with a rain date of Oct. 14.
A fun mix of food, live music, a vendor market, crafts, flea market and displays by local organizations and businesses will provide something for everyone to enjoy. Plans include a car show with more than 200 entries, children’s activities, a halupki-eating contest and a kids’ pie-eating contest.
Craft and flea market spaces are available.

Do you like to sing? Join the North Catasauqua We Sing! community chorus.
No experience is necessary. Membership is open to men and women 18 years of age or older.
The chorus generally meets once or twice a month for rehearsals and performs annually for community and civic groups, at community or benefit concerts and nursing homes.
