From 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Aug. 31 and Sept. 1, Hope Lutheran Church, 4131 Lehigh Drive, Cherryville, will hold its annual yard sale. There will be a special early-bird entrance Aug. 31, starting 7 a.m., for a fee, which will be donated to a local charity.

Food and drinks will also be available to purchase for lunch or take-out meals.

The sale will feature clothing, shoes, purses, toys, games, puzzles, books, movies, CDs, video games, sporting goods, arts and crafts, holiday decorations, picture frames, small furniture, general household goods, linens, kitchenware and hand and power tools.
