Area residents are invited to enjoy a homemade meatloaf dinner at St. Andrew’s Episcopal Church, at the handicapped-accessible parish hall. Dinner will be served 5-7 p.m. Nov. 17. Children age 3 and under eat free.

Assorted desserts and beverages will also be served. Come with a hearty appetite and bring your friends and neighbors!

St. Andrew’s is located at 1900 E. Pennsylvania Ave., Allentown, on the border with Bethlehem, two blocks south of Catasauqua Road. Turn from Pennsylvania Avenue onto Taft Street to enter the parking lot.

The Kiwanis Club of Allentown Northeast is having a pancake and sausage breakfast 8-10 a.m. Nov. 19 at Applebee’s Restaurant off Catasauqua Road. Proceeds will help the Kiwanis Club’s projects for children.

The club meets noon Wednesdays, except the third Wednesday, when they meet 5:15 p.m. at Denny’s Restaurant, Catasauqua Road. Visitors are always welcome to attend.
