A cat was shot with an arrow sometime between 10 p.m. Nov. 1 and noon Nov. 2 in the 3000 block of Route 100, Lowhill Township, State Police Troop M Fogelsville say.

A gold tip expedition Carbon arrow, size 5575 with red and white fletchings and a field point tip was recovered.
