LCCC students

participate in scholars program

Five students attending Lehigh Carbon Community College, Schnecksville, participated in a six-week summer scholars program offered by Bucknell University.

The students included Brandon Williams, of Lehighton; Chau Le, of Breinigsville; Grace Kilikpo, of Macungie; Ashley Freeby, of Topton; and Tejvinder Singh, of Whitehall.

In addition, the following LCCC students have been admitted to Bucknell University for the upcoming fall 2012 semester:

Jiayi Ding, of Wescosville, biology major;

Winnie Ouma, of Allentown, biology major;

Amjad Khalil, of Allentown, biology major;

Loujin Daher, of Allentown, civil engineering major;

Donna Morgan, of Allentown, education major; and

Nicole Klein, of Emmaus, biochemistry major.
