WHS will offer a ASVAB testing Oct. 28 for interested students. The ASVAB is a military exam used to help guide students in matching their skills to postsecondary planning. The exam can be used for meeting the Alternate Assessment Pathway if a student achieves a score of at least 31.

Students who are interested in a branch of the military should definitely take the ASVAB but don’t have to be military bound to take the exam. Students must be at least 16 years old to participate.

For more information or to register, students need to check graduation classes on the Google Classroom page. Students have until Oct. 21 to register. If there are any questions, students should see their counselor.

An early dismissal will be held Oct. 28 for students. Teachers and staff will have a professional learning session.
