Upper Macungie Twp holds official community lifestyle center ribbon cutting

Over 100 Upper Macungie Township officials, residents and elected officials filled the 100 capacity meeting room to celebrate the opening of the new Upper Macungie Township Community Lifestyle Center.

The ribbon cutting was held recently with a soft opening held in August.

Laura McHugh, chair of the Upper Macungie Township Community Fund Board was master of ceremonies.

Jeff Fleischaker, president, Upper Macungie board of supervisors thanked all those involved with the successful completion of the building including township employees, officials, contractors and builders.

Lehigh County Executive Josh Siegel thanked the township for its forward view of growth in Lehigh County.

The Blue Zone Project was one of the nonprofit organizations on hand during the recent ribbon cutting ceremony for the Upper Macungie Township Community Lifestyle Center, 340 Grange Road, Allentown.
