Letter to the Editor: Residents can’t afford higher taxes in Northampton County

To the Editor:

Apparently, according to Tara Zrinski, the Northampton County property tax inflation rate is 43.5%.

She states, “We need to get ahead.”

I guess it doesn’t matter that the rest of us are getting more behind with higher costs for utilities, food, gas, medical care, school taxes and most everything else.

Maybe Tara can afford higher taxes, but I can’t. She’s a good example how tax-and-spend government works.
