Diana Dolly Garcia, 76 of Fountain Hill, died Sept. 25, 2026 at Lehigh Valley Hospital-Muhlenberg. She was born in Guanica, Puerto Rico to the late Rafael and Eulalia (Santiago) Rivera, and she was the wife of the late Jose D. “Cielo” Garcia for 31 years.

She was a member of Holy Infancy Catholic Church, Bethlehem.

She is survived by: stepchildren Carlos A. Garcia, Aida L. Garcia, wife of Raul, and Wanda Ibette Garcia; seven grandchildren, Albellize Torres, wife of Luis, Raul J. Garcia, Adrian R. Garcia, Idaliz I. Garcia, Angel J. Garcia, Luis Felipe Garcia and Jesenia Ibette Garcia; three great-grandchildren Ariacelyz Martinez, Allianah Martinez and Xavier Martinez Jr.; niece Diana Poggy and nephew Jonathan Poggy. She was predeceased by a sister Carmen Poggy.
