Not sure if Nazareth wore black as a warning to Freedom last week, but the Blue Eagles showed that they aren’t messing around this year.

After a 31-0 shutout over Freedom, the Blue Eagles showed everyone that they will be a title threat come November.

That result was the most shocking of the week. You can throw in Bethlehem Catholic’s loss to Easton to remove them from the ranks of unbeatens, but the Hawks were without their top receiver in Carter Vassa.

Everyone else took care of business and week 5 doesn’t offer much excitement outside of an undefeated showdown between Southern Lehigh and Lehighton Friday night.
