Salisbury High School will hold its open house 6:45 to 9 p.m. Sept. 24. The event gives parents an opportunity to meet their students’ teachers and receive information about the school year.

The Salisbury High School boys basketball team will hold a cornhole tournament Oct. 10 at Ringer’s Roost. Check-in will be held 11 to 11:45 a.m., with play beginning at noon. Cash prizes, basket raffles, a 50/50 drawing, food and other activities will be offered. Food and beverages will be available for purchase. The Salisbury High School boys soccer team will hold a car wash Sept. 20 noon to 3 p.m. at Salisbury High School. Proceeds will benefit the boys soccer program.

The township recycling centers are open for yard waste and branches. Devonshire will be open Sept. 17 and 19. Hours are 10 a.m. to 6 p.m. Mondays and Thursdays and 8 a.m. to 1 p.m. Saturdays.
