A 27-year-old person, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 21 with alleged unsworn falsification to authorities — statements under penalty, according to Emmaus police.

Simple assault

A 61-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 28 with alleged attempted simple assault and harassment — shove, strike, kick, according to Emmaus police.

A 41-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 9 with alleged attempted simple assault and harassment — shove, strike, kick, according to Emmaus police.

Criminal trespass

A 59-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 28 with alleged criminal trespass — defiant trespass actual communication and harassment — shove, strike, kick, according to Emmaus police.

Retail theft

A 27-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 26 with alleged retail theft first, second offense more than $150 and receiving stolen property, according to Emmaus police.

Terroristic threats

A 20-year-old person, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 23 with alleged terroristic threats intent to terrorize, criminal mischief in excess of $1,000 less than $5,000 damage by fire, unauthorized persons and devices hanging on vehicles, resisting arrest or other law enforcement, disorderly conduct, public drunkenness and similar misconduct and purchase, consumption, possession or transportation of liquor or malt or brewed beverages, according to Emmaus police.

Use of tobacco prohibited in schools

A 14-year-old person, of Alburtis, was charged Aug. 28 with alleged use of tobacco products in schools prohibited (school building), according to Emmaus police.

A 17-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 27 with alleged use of tobacco products in schools prohibited (school building), according to Emmaus police.

Possession of a small amount of marijuana

A 14-year-old person, of Alburtis, was charged Aug. 28 with allegedly having a small amount of marijuana, according to Emmaus police.

A 16-year-old person, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 24 with allegedly having a small amount of marijuana, according to Emmaus police.

Harassment

A 60-year-old person, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 16 with alleged harassment — shove, strike, kick, according to Emmaus police.

Dog running at large

A 43-year-old male, of Emmaus, was charged Aug. 8 with violation of all dogs must be under control and must not be allowed to run at large, according to Emmaus police.

DUI

A 41-year-old person, of Allentown, was charged Aug. 2, with allegedly driving under the influence of alcohol or controlled substance and driving while operating privilege is suspended or revoked, according to Emmaus police.
